- Standard Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (urban areas)
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 days
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99 NZD
- Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (NZT) are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Click & Collect (If Available)
- We offer a Click & Collect service from select Kabul Market locations.
- You will be notified by email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID for collection.
